You can overcome anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger and other issue. I helped families with children with behavior challenges at risk of removal from their home. I worked in the jail with inmates who had mental health and substance use disorders. I was a therapist in a long-term care facility and helped residents adjust to isolation and loss of independence.
