Pandemic Support

You might have stumbled upon my website because you are experiencing stress and anxiety related to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Did you recently get a COVID-19 diagnosis or are you waiting for test results?
Are you afraid you passed the virus to someone else?

Are you scared others may find out you contracted COVID-19?

Are you suffering in silence because you are afraid to tell others you have the virus? Or maybe you did but your friends or family members have been less than helpful with advice or comments because they can’t relate.
I can relate. I understand. I’ve been there!

A few months ago, I wasn’t feeling myself and my doctor recommended that I get tested for COVID-19. Waiting for the test results was agonizing! But finally, after a week, I received the diagnosis – I tested positive for COVID-19!

It was a shock because I was so careful! Finding out that I had the Coronavirus was terrifying but, at the same time, it was a relief. I knew what was going on with me.

I went through all kinds of emotions.

I felt ashamed. I felt like I did something wrong. I messed up, I screwed up! I felt guilty.

I was feeling a lot of anxiety, I couldn’t stop crying. I started to have panic attacks. I never had panic attacks before! I was sitting on a couch for two weeks inconsolable.

I was scared. I was asking myself – is today the day it’s going to get worse? Is today the day that I’m going to go to the hospital? I know people who have died from it.

I completely lost my sense of smell. I couldn’t even smell the strong scent of the beautiful lilacs blooming in my garden.

At first, I didn’t want anyone to know that I had the virus. I felt so ashamed and guilty! But slowly, I started to tell people.

Once I started to share my experience, I began to feel better.

But the people I talked to didn’t have the virus and most of the time their advice and comments were irrelevant and not helpful. I really wanted to talk to someone who had it, who would understand how I felt but I didn’t know anyone.

That’s when I decided that I want to use my experience with COVID-19 to help others who are going through it.

Because I went through it, I can relate to how you may feel.

I don’t want you to feel abandoned.

I don’t want you to suffer in silence.

We are living with a virus that is unpredictable, one that the scientific community still knows little about. One that we cannot see. The fear of the unknown can be very overwhelming, frustrating, and scary.

It is COMPLETELY NORMAL to feel scared and not know how to cope.

It is COMPLETELY NORMAL to feel like you are not yourself.

It is COMPLETELY NORMAL to worry more.

There is nothing wrong with feeling this way. Nothing is wrong with you!

Don’t hold these feelings. Talk to someone who can relate and share your feelings. Don’t suffer alone. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

I’ve been there. I will be a listening ear as you process your frustrations and fears. We will work together to find ways to calm the anxiety and panic.

If you are feeling depressed and isolated, we will work together to lift your mood. This is a hard time and you can do hard things. I believe in you!

Don’t suffer in silence! Reach out today for a free consultation. Let’s see if I am a good fit for your needs. I can’t wait to hear from you!
